- In a large skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add beef broth, milk, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir to combine.
- Add uncooked pasta and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Fold in crumbled bacon and mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
Stir occasionally while simmering to prevent sticking. Use freshly shredded cheese for smoother melting. Add a splash of milk when reheating to maintain creaminess. Don’t overcook the pasta, as it continues to soften in the sauce.
