- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp with Cajun seasoning for 2–3 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let cool slightly.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture evenly into the egg whites.
- Top each deviled egg with one Cajun shrimp.
- Sprinkle lightly with paprika and garnish with chopped herbs.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Use properly cooked eggs for easy peeling. Mash yolks thoroughly for a smooth filling. Avoid overcooking shrimp to keep them tender. Chill before serving to enhance flavor. Use a piping bag for a cleaner presentation.
