  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • extra strawberries (optional topping)
  • whipped cream (optional topping)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk softened cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir the cheesecake mixture into the oat mixture until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Fold in chopped strawberries and chia seeds.
  5. Transfer the mixture into jars or containers and cover tightly.
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to thicken.
  7. Before serving, stir and add your favorite toppings like crushed graham crackers or extra strawberries.

Notes

Soften the cream cheese היט fully to avoid lumps. Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste. Add a splash of milk before serving if the oats are too thick. Let chill overnight for the creamiest texture.
