- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the crusts from the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
- Add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to one side of each bread slice.
- Roll the bread tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each roll up with melted butter.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the roll ups.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with melted chocolate drizzle or crushed graham crackers on top.
Notes
Use soft fresh bread for easy rolling and avoid overfilling the roll ups to prevent leaking during baking. Serve immediately for the best gooey texture. Try Nutella, peanut butter, or fruit fillings for delicious variations.
